Insurance Information

At North Shore Oral Surgery, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options.  To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  Please bring your insurance information with you to the appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.  If you have any questions, please ask our staff.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
